For example, if high-end customers have regulations on staff to go through the employee channel, you must comply, so as to avoid disputes.
3: check tools so as not to waste time when working without tools.
Second: stop elevator maintenance car inspection work
1. Before the maintenance of the elevator stop, we must surround the standard fence of the company in the base station, enter the car and play the elevator in an independent state, check the state of interphone and monitoring room, and inform the customer by the way that the personnel in the monitoring room stop the maintenance or inspection of the elevator.
2. Independent disembarkations and express trains are used for several times in the car, and the contents can be checked.
A: check the buttons, display, switch, lighting and ventilation in the car.
B: is there any abnormal opening or closing of the elevator, and is the light curtain and safety touch plate working normally?
C: control box inside the car, check up and down slow train test, emergency stop, independent, driver switch test, etc.
D: check the level of the elevator. Pay special attention to the floor of the first floor, the highest floor and the most used floor.
E: check the elevator in operation. There is no abnormal sound, shaking and vibration.
F: call button outside the hall, display and check.
G: if any abnormal situation is found, it can be handled on site in a timely manner. If it cannot be handled, it shall be recorded and reported to the company in a timely manner.
3: emergency light inspection, one person to stay in the cage, one person to the machine room power off (380V, 220V all cut off), after the power off to check whether the lights, telephone equipment is normal.
Third: machine room inspection and maintenance
Before the machine room must ensure that all hall door closed, and after closing the door machine power supply, keep independent or maintenance state.
1. Check the room environment, lighting, ventilation, fire fighting equipment, doors and Windows, room door warning signs, and each safety warning sign in the room.
2. Use independent express train to run up and down several times and slow train to run. Check whether the traction machine, speed limiter, brake and various rotating parts have abnormal sound, vibration and odor, and whether the surface is abnormal or not by means of seeing, hearing, touching and smelling. If any abnormality is found, the investigation should be stopped immediately.
3: check the working condition of brake, check the gap between brake lining and brake wheel, check the wear condition of brake lining, and check the lubrication flexibility of movable shaft pin.
4: speed limiter work state examination, running the same ring, wire with or without abnormal oscillation (especially the high-speed elevator in cool weather is often caused by sludge glued in the rope round wire rope swing safety protection caused severe tiring fault, should be more careful when checking), various pin and bearing lubrication situation inspection (at least once a year to add lubricating oil bearing), there are no foreign bodies, check the rope round the speed limiter check seals, safety electrical switch experiment confirmed.
5: check the lubrication of bearings of motor, traction wheel and guide wheel. Add lubricating oil at least once a year (note that power must be cut off when filling lubricating oil). The edges of each rotating wheel should be painted yellow. Check the rope jump preventing device of each wheel. Speed reducer check, whether there is any abnormal sound, oil level check, oil seal check, whether the oil leakage is within the national standard. Turbine, worm inspection, tooth and surface wear degree inspection.
6. Braking torque is confirmed at least twice a year.
7: speed limiter safety clamp linkage test (remember to use slow car test), whether the electrical switch is working normally, whether the safety clamp can be normal cage stuck, and cut the tractor and can not be relifted. Experiment at least once a year, but the experiment must be confirmed before the annual inspection.
8: check the display lights of the control cabinet (P1 board, W1 board, etc.), and check the voltage measurement. The voltage at 79 point should be within 130.
9: chip reset (reset), write layer, the best use of slow write, this had better not exceed two months operation.
10: check the no-load data, check and adjust the elevator operation, and rewrite the no-load data at least once a quarter.
11: traction wire rope inspection, flat layer mark inspection, surface deformation, broken wire, broken strand phenomenon, carefully check at least twice a year.
12: check and clean the fastening condition of each control cabinet, safety switch, motor, brake, main power switch, 220V power switch, wiring terminal (pay attention to power failure when fastening).
13: clean the surface and ground of all equipment in the machine room.
14: restore power supply, check all signal lights, test whether the elevator is abnormal, open the elevator to the top floor. Send well lighting, ready to go to the car roof operation check, again to confirm whether the short wiring has not been removed and whether the doors and Windows are locked.
Fourth: car top operation
Into the car top must pay attention to safety, drive slowly, determine the car position after the hall door open, be sure to the car top maintenance switch to the maintenance position on the car top.
1: check the working condition of the upper reducer at the top. The speed reducer is in the form of a travel switch, and a sensor. Pay attention to the dimensions and surface conditions during inspection.
2: limit, limit switch experiment check, pay attention to the limit switch work up and down the elevator should be unable to start, limit work can be opened in the opposite direction. Limit switch operating size must be less than the corresponding buffer distance.
3: local train down the elevator opened and checked the hall door, candy, candy slot, on the rail cleaning, lock the electrical switch experiment, the lock hook tooth close check, manual examination hall switch has no ring and abnormal resistance, doors and door frames to check the clearance adjustment, slider wear inspection door, self-closing device test, tighten the screws. Open the keyhole warning ring to check. In the inspection layer of the door at the same time check the gap between the door knife and each layer of the door, the door knife and the door ball tooth gap, the door ball and the door knife edge gap, such as the gap is too small must pay attention to adjust to prevent the door knife touch the door ball caused by emergency stop.
Key notes: any hall door lock electrical switch when the elevator should be unable to start, absolutely do not allow any way of short access to the door lock electrical switch, hall door closed after the mechanical lock hook must be effectively locked, can only be opened with a special triangle key.
4: check the cage, the joint of heavy guide rail and the magnetic separation board of the well, check the fastening of each screw of guide rail bracket, guide plate and pressure guide plate, tighten each screw at least once a year, and clean the guide rail bracket, i-beam and pressure guide plate half a year.
5. Check and clean the middle junction box, tighten and check the terminals.
6: check the weight when reaching the middle layer, check the wire rope tension (at least once every quarter), and check the wear of the heavy guide boots if there is no sound. Check the heavy backrope wheel with no noise at least once a year to add lubricating oil (2:1 winding), anti-jump device inspection. Inspection of wire rope rope head device (1:1 winding), (2:1 winding) wire rope rope head device in the machine room. Check the fastening condition of each set screw such as the heavy block press screw, and tighten each set screw at least once a year.

8: car roof equipment:
A: check and clean all safety switches, emergency stop, safety window, etc.
B: check the flat layer device (flat layer and reflat layer sensor), check the gap, check the tooth fit, check the fastening of screws and wiring, and clean it. This device must be kept clean, otherwise the elevator will fail due to insufficient magnetic force caused by foreign matter.
C: check the deceleration device (deceleration sensor), check the gap, check the tooth fit, check the fastening of screws and wiring, and clean it. This device must be kept clean, otherwise the elevator will fail due to insufficient magnetic force caused by foreign matter.
D: check the ventilation device (fan, air conditioner). If there is no noise or vibration, check the fastening and cleaning of each fixing screw.
E: check the junction box on the top of the car, check and clean the binding conditions of the terminals.
F: check the car top back rope wheel for no noise at least once a year to add lubricating oil (2:1 winding), check the anti-jump device. Inspection of wire rope rope head device (1:1 winding), (2:1 winding) wire rope rope head device in the machine room. Check the fastening condition of each set screw, tighten each set screw at least once a year.
G: check and adjust the guide boots, check the wear condition of the boots lining, replace the boots in time if the wear is serious and the clearance is too large, and check the oil cup. Rolling guide boots are strictly prohibited to add lubricating oil on the guide rail, whether the surface of each roller is damaged, and check and adjust the gap between the guide rail working surface.
H: check each set screw in the cage, and tighten each set screw at least once a year.
E: check the wiring and fixing of the top of the car, and clean the top of the car.
9: door machine system inspection
A: check the synchronous belt and triangular belt of the door crane, check and adjust the tightness, check whether the surface is damaged, check whether there is any foreign matter in the synchronous belt, and check whether the belt, each wheel and other parts are normal when opening and closing the door. Clean.
B: whether there is abnormal vibration and abnormal noise in the work of the door motor and encoder, tighten and clean the fixing screws.
C: check the cleaning of the car door and track, there is no noise when opening or closing the door, check and adjust the car door opening and closing in place, check the GS size, check the electrical switch test, pay attention to the photoelectric switch in place when the car door is closed.
D: check the transmission device of car door, lubricate each connecting pin and shaft, lubricate the moving connection part of safety contact plate, and check the door slider.
E: check and adjust the clearance of the door of the sedan chair (door frame, middle seam, floor ridge) and the light curtain safety contact plate. Check the fastening and cleaning of each set screw. left

Fifth: pit operations
Must pay attention to the safety into the bottom pit, wear a helmet. 1. Check whether the safety distance of the heavy buffer is in line with national standards. 3: check the tensioning device of the speed limiter, check the included Angle of the arm, and check the size of the off the ground. If it is too small, timely adjust or collect the wire rope of the speed limiter. Check and adjust the working position of the speed limiter rope switch to prevent the fault caused by the switch. If there is no foreign body in the tensioning wheel, there is no difference in sound in operation, at least once a year to add lubricating oil.
4: check the compensation rope tensioning wheel. If the size of the compensation rope is too small, adjust or intercept the compensation rope and wire rope in time. Inform the customer of the charges in time. Check and adjust the working position of anti-sinking and anti-adjustment safety switch to prevent the fault caused by switch working. If there is no foreign body in the tensioning wheel, there is no difference in sound in operation, at least once a year to add lubricating oil.
5: buffer inspection, oil quantity inspection, whether there is any oil leakage seal is damaged. Buffer distance clearly marked check, new check your added items.
6: fix each set screw in the pit at least twice a year, clean each part and clean the pit. When coming out of the pit, two people should cooperate and pay attention to safety. After getting out of the pit completely, reset the safety switch and turn off the well lighting.
Sixth: other inspection
1: overload test, at least once a year, must be confirmed before the annual inspection.
2: fire test, at least once a year, must be confirmed before the annual inspection.
3. Check whether the elevator operation monitoring function is working normally.
4. Traction gravity test: after the buffer is completely compressed, the cage will continue to open up, at this time, the cage must ensure that it cannot continue to be lifted. At least once a year, must be confirmed before the annual inspection. New test your add item.
Seventh: closing assignments
1. Use the express car to run the elevator up and down, and check the abnormal phenomena such as noise, vibration and shaking in the operation of the elevator again. If there is any abnormality, it should be handled in time.
2. Inform the customer whether the elevator has been maintained and put into use. If the customer agrees to put the elevator into normal use.
